Picture of the broken/damaged area of the Product
Picture of the side or rear of the Product where the vents are present
Copy of the purchase receipt

If you are uploading images, we suggest you use the latest versions of the following browsers - Firefox, Safari, Chrome or Internet Explorer or higher. This will allow us to resize large images before uploading to make your form submission much quicker. If you are having problems uploading images, please complete the warranty claim form without the images and send those to us via email. If you continue to experience difficulties submitting the claim online, contact us and we will gladly assist you.
